En we begrijpen hen wel, want u wenst toch ook een 100% match met uw sales vacature?<\/p>\n<p>We hebben allen de neiging om te geloven dat die 100% match noodzakelijk is voor een succesvolle aanwerving. Toch zou ik graag de aandacht willen vestigen op mogelijke redenen waarom hiring managers zich hieraan niet te sterk moeten houden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kennis over de business en technologie is bij sterke mensen veel sneller op te bouwen dan de meesten denken<\/li>\n<li>Sales ervaring van andere oplossingen met een gelijkaardige complexiteit biedt extra inzichten over hoe de markt eventueel anders te benaderen<\/li>\n<li>De waarde van een netwerk wordt meestal overschat en is bovendien sterk afhankelijk van het bedrijf<\/li>\n<li>Een 100% match is erg schaars en bijgevolg meestal veel duurder zonder garantie op succes<\/li>\n<li>Iemand met kennis over de technologie of netwerk in uw sector, maar die niet beschikt over de juiste sales DNA is gedoemd om te mislukken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Wat is er dan wel belangrijk bij een goede match met uw sales vacature?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sterk business inzicht en steile leercurve<\/li>\n<li>In staat om snel na te denken over sales strategie, business doelstellingen van prospecten en klanten en hierop inspelen<\/li>\n<li>In staat om sterke business en IT gesprekken te voeren op alle niveaus<\/li>\n<li>Sales ervaring met gelijkaardige complexiteit<\/li>\n<li>Gedreven door sales resultaten<\/li>\n<li>Geschikte sales DNA die nodig is voor de uitdaging<\/li>\n<li>Communicatievaardigheden<\/li>\n<li>Hoge gunfactor<\/li>\n<li>Etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dit checken we bij sales professionals die zich kandidaat stellen voor vacatures bij onze klanten.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">En geloof ons: <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Dat zijn geen klassieke interviews.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Die 100% match met uw business en technologie of netwerk bij uw prospecten zijn wat ons betreft eerder een bonus.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.solutionsellers.be\/nl\/sales-talent-rekruteren-voor-ict-high-tech-bedrijven\/ons-kwalificatieproces\/\">Leer hier meer over hoe we sales talenten screenen en kwalificeren.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cOp basis van het cv zie ik niet dat deze kandidaat voldoet aan onze eisen\u201d Dit antwoord krijgen we wel af en toe eens van klanten.
